• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship nationwide across South Africa using reliable courier services.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Main cities & towns: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 4–7 business days

• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and parcel size.

• Free delivery may apply for promotions or orders above a certain value (when advertised).

International Shipping

• At the moment, we only ship within South Africa.

• If you are outside South Africa and wish to order, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Delays

Incorrect Addresses
