๐Ÿ“ CPAP Mask Sizing Guide

Choosing the right CPAP mask size is important for comfort and effective therapy. Use this quick guide to measure at home and find your best fit.

ย

๐Ÿ›  What Youโ€™ll Need

  • A ruler or measuring tape (in millimeters)

  • A mirror (optional)

  • Good lighting

๐Ÿ‘ƒ Step 1: Measure Your Nose Width

  1. Look in the mirror or ask someone to help.

  2. Measure the width of your nose at its widest point (just above the nostrils).

    • Small noses often measure less than 35 mm

    • Medium noses are 35โ€“45 mm

    • Large noses are more than 45 mm

๐Ÿ˜ฎ Step 2: Measure Nose Length (For Nasal Masks)

  1. Measure from the bridge of your nose (between the eyes)

  2. Down to the base of your nose (just above the upper lip).

    • Small: under 40 mm

    • Medium: 40โ€“50 mm

    • Large: over 50 mm

๐Ÿซง Step 3: For Full-Face Masks

  1. Measure from the bridge of your nose to the dent between your lower lip and chin.

    • Small: under 90 mmย

    • Medium: 90โ€“110 mm

    • Large: over 110 mmย

๐Ÿ“Œ Pro Tips

  • A mask thatโ€™s too small will pinch and leak air.

  • A mask thatโ€™s too big will slide around and reduce effectiveness.

  • Always try to measure while sitting upright, not lying down.

  • If youโ€™re between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit.
